Are all you sweets Halal?

        -Yes! All of the sweets and chocolates you see listed on Sweet Lounge are either Halal certified or Suitable for Vegetarians or Vegans. We specialise in these three areas. We NEVER sell sweets that are non-halal or contain non-halal/vegetarian colours such as E120.

Help, My package is missing!

        -All orders are now tracked and we will try our best to assist you, please contact us via email sweetloungeuk@gmail.com or give us a call on 0794 0755 930.

What is Sweet Lounge's Return Policy?

        -Returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase. The sweets/Chocolates MUST be unopened. Damages are not accepted as returnable and you will not be refunded if the sweets have been opened, the packaging or gift boxes are damaged or sweets/Chocolates have melted. If your items have been damaged during transit, this must be reported within 24 hours of its arrival and photographic evidence must be presented. You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of delivery to return your items and this (postage costs) will not be refunded to you. To return your item(s) please contact us at sweetloungeuk@gmail.com or use the contact form below.

What is the shelf life of your sweets?

        -The minimum shelf life for all sweets is 12 months and at least 8-12 months for chocolates.

What is the cut off time for same day dispatch?

        -UK Orders=1:00pm           International Orders =11:00am GMT
